Dudek Run and Fly 2

Everything you need to fly! It's a lightweight wing, so you can take it with you when you run or climb, hike and travel. As a result, it is so small that it fits in a 4 liter bag.
The take-off

The wing inflates and comes up overhead without pilot input, you don't need to raise the A-risers or watch the brakes; just move forward and the wing will rise over your head on its own, it's easy to control, it responds quickly to the brakes and is very forgiving.
In flight

Its control is direct and extremely intuitive, the wing moves little overhead, it never pulls forward, returns to its normal position by itself, without unpleasant oscillations it remains safe and stable at all times, even without the pilot's participation, in a spiral exit situation: without pilot intervention, it quickly returns to the correct position, with a slight action on the controls by the pilot.
Landing

Our Run & Fly 2 can land alone and as flat as possible. It is important to give it as much speed as possible on final approach. Be careful though - if the pilot brakes too hard, the flare will not work.
New technology

The leading edge of the Run & Fly 2 is made of the more durable Porcher Sport "double impregnated" fabric. Similarly, the main ribs are now made of Hard Finish 32. The lines have also been modified, especially in terms of colors, for better identification.  This makes it easier to handle on the ground. The colored lines are also more visible against the rocks, where Hike & Fly pilots often take off from.
Better glide and visual qualities

The new method of calculating canopy stresses proposed by the initiator of the project, JB Chandelier, has made it possible to minimize the amount of distortion occurring at the joints of the aerodynamic profiles (3to1 technology). In this way, it was possible to slightly increase the glide ratio, as well as the visual qualities of our new Hike & Fly wing.
Certification

As with our other special wings, we do not plan to fully certify the Run & Fly 2 in flight. Although the wing is very safe, it is not a classic cross-country glider, but rather a Fly-Down/Hike & Fly wing. The design intent and construction of this single surface wing makes the results of the classic EN / LTF tests very likely to be unreliable. However, a load test according to EN standards has been carried out, confirming safe use up to 105 kg take-off weight.
